Account Executive - Cardiac Safety Solutions  (f/m/d)


The Account Executive develops and implements customer account strategies that will result in the sale of ERT products and services for targeted accounts and/or customers within assigned accounts.


As an Account Executive your role will involve the following


Identify and capture all sources of demand and ensure visibility in SalesForce (prospecting, leads, planning)


Arrange presentations, demonstrations and site visits


Manage time and resources effectively to meet account sales objectives


Negotiate contracts


Perform in a manner consistent with our Sales methodologies such as active participation in the development of pipeline data, account planning management and general reporting of customer interactions


Ensure high customer satisfaction to enhance references and stimulate market share growth within installed base


Play an important role in developing and maintaining the company’s image and reputation in the marketplace


Manages and maintain pipeline information with client


Manage the contracting process from Award to closure


Identify and implements opportunities for streamlining / process efficiency


Measures overall performance of commercial process


Liaises with Relationship Management to ensure seamless handover to operations (PM assignment/Capacity Planning etc)


Represent ERT in accordance with established policies and procedures


Support sales efforts to leverage complimentary Sales channels and/or applications to increase the sale of products and services


20-40% predominantly EU and US travel



Candidates who offer a combination of the following qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience are encouraged to apply for the role of Account Executive 




3+ years of progressively responsible sales experience


Prospecting skills-identifying and developing multiple new accounts


Strong organisational and time management skills


Knowledge of clinical trials processes and trends


Consultative selling required


Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written


Polished corporate presence and ability to interact at multiple levels of large organisations


An ability to articulate in verbal and written form the critical ideals and objectives of a relationship as well as to understand and communicate the overall technical architecture of products and services
