LMS - Platform Specialist
In this role you will take on the challenges of administering our learning management system that is in use by more than 180,000 clinicians world-wide.
You will maintain an overall schedule of curricula implementation timelines, coordinate quality control processes, and ensure the successful integration between the ERT Global portal and ERT Learn for each study.In collaboration with other teams and ERT initiatives that incorporate the LMS, you will develop and document all guides, processes, standards and procedures involving the LMS, and ensure the LMS vendor is delivering as expected on SLA, provide feedback, governance, issue management and coordinate enhancement requests as needed.
